Raymond, along with partner Outside the Lines, has completed the restoration of the historic Arthur J. Will Memorial Fountain in the center of Los Angeles’s Grand Park. The fountain was a part of the $56M transformation of the county’s 12-acre Civic Center and was unveiled at a Civic Dedication of the new Grand Park on July 26, 2012.
