2000 Avenue of the Stars is comprised of two fifteen-story towers with a nine-story exterior atrium connecting at the upper floors. Raymond completed the spray applied fireproofing for the cementitious and mineral fiber products for all floors of both towers, as well as the framing and drywall of the core & shell portion of the project, which included the elevators, restrooms, electrical and mechanical rooms, and stairways.

Raymond furnished and installed the heavy gauge wall framing that supported the stone travertine in the lobby. The expansive ceilings in the lobby were framed, drywalled, and finished by Raymond, including the installation of all GRG light pockets. All soffit board finished ceilings were framed, drywalled, and prepared for the elastomeric finish at perimeter of both towers.
