207 Goode Street is an eight-story office building located in downtown Glendale, consisting of Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) and metal panels, as well as a glass curtainwall exterior.

Raymond completed the spray applied fireproofing for both the cementitious and mineral fiber products for all floors, as well as the framing and drywall of the core and shell portion of the project, which included the elevators, restrooms, electrical and mechanical rooms, and stairways. Raymond was also responsible for the framing, lath and plaster of the expanses of ceiling at the eighth floor patio and first floor porte cochere area.
