The Opus Center Irvine projects consisted of approximately 900,000 square feet of Class A office space located in the heart of Irvine’s airport district.

Raymond’s contracts for these projects spanned over several years during the construction of three towers in separate phases. Raymond completed the lump sum core and shell portions, which included metal framing, drywall systems, spray applied fireproofing, and cement plaster, followed by many of the tenant build-out scopes over various floors within the towers.

The lobby ceilings consisted of a suspended metal framing assembly covered with gypsum board and GFRG shapes creating a unique reveal design.
