The new Saddleback College Science Building is three stories and 75,000 square feet, comprised of the college’s Health Sciences Department and district offices. The first floor includes a public meeting room, and the first two floors house the Nursing School, including both classrooms and training rooms for paramedic and nursing students.

The exterior combines a glass curtainwall, metal stud, plaster, and clay tile cladding system. Raymond was contracted by C.W. Driver to complete the Metal Stud Framing, Drywall, Lath & Plaster and Hardi-Panels.
