Grand Park in downtown Los Angeles has been named one of the 10 Great Public Spaces for 2013 by the American Planning Association (APA).
Raymond worked with joint venture partner Outside the Lines, Inc. to restore the historic Arthur J. Will Memorial Fountain at the center of the Grand Park.
The fountain was part of a $56M transformation of the county’s 12-acre Civic Center and was unveiled at a Civic Dedication of the new Grand Park on July 26, 2012.
