The Western Wall and Ceiling Contractors Association (WWCCA) have announced the 2014 Project of the Year award winners. The Raymond Group proudly accepts an award in the Exterior Commercial category for the Harrah’s Rincon Resort Hotel Expansion, located in Valley Center, California.
The 160-million dollar project expanded the existing and growing Harrah’s Rincon hotel resort facility and included a brand new 21-story tower with 403 new rooms. Raymond was contracted by W.E. O’Neil to complete the drywall, EIFS, fireproofing, metal stud framing, taping and Venetian plaster.
Projects were limited to the Southern California region and judged by a panel of local architects, the WWCCA, and TSIB on overall design, quality of workmanship, and use of materials.
