LOAD BEARING PANELS

Raymond is advancing the building enclosure process with prefabricated,
high performance, exterior Load Bearing Panels.
Benefits of
Load bearing panels

For buildings up to 10-stories, load bearing panels are delivered complete with all rough openings, headers, and bridging. They can include an Air Barrier System, and gypsum board that is installed on the walls can be any specified exterior drywall. Cold-formed steel panels do not rot, sprawl, split, or absorb moisture, unlike other building materials.

LOAD BEARING PANELS

Installation means less labor at the project site. This reduces congestion and accidents. Scaffolding can be eliminated which removes complications and risks of working at high elevations.

  • High Strength to Weight Ratio = Reduced Mass at Foundation = Design Savings
  • Non-combustible, Safer Structures = Less Risk and Lower Insurance Cost
  • Quicker Installation = Shorter Construction Cycle and Faster Revenue Generation
  • Highly Recycled and Infinitely Recyclable
MODELING

Raymond’s in-house Virtual Design & Construction department utilizes building information modeling to ensure prefabricated panels meet each project’s design and performance needs and to coordinate enclosures with all trades.

FABRICATION

Panels are manufactured in Raymond’s offsite prefabrication facilities to the exact specifications of the project and undergo extensive quality control measures. Loading of panels is methodical with panels set in a strategic order, allowing the offloading and installation processes to run smoothly.

DELIVERY

Raymond coordinates just-in-time arrival of complete building enclosures for efficient installation.

INSTALLATION

Building structures are erected quickly and safely.
