With the completion of over 40 hospitals and 25 medical office buildings, Raymond is well-versed in OSHPD inspection protocols and best practices. We utilize 3D BIM Modeling to solve challenges such as top of wall, headwall, and trade coordination, and 4D and 5D BIM Modeling to improve schedules and budgets.

Raymond develops project specific quality control programs and risk assessments for healthcare projects that include an added focus on infection control. Raymond has employee representatives in the American Society for Health Care Engineering as well as employees certified in Health Care Construction Best Practices.
