Raymond welcomes you to Construction Inclusion Week 2023!

Construction Inclusion Week aims to improve diversity and inclusion in the construction industry by creating alignment amongst our people and our industry partners on the importance of diversity and inclusion. “If we genuinely want to attract, retain, and develop the best talent for our industry, we need to increase the diversity of our workforce and ensure that our industry’s culture is truly inclusive.”

Raymond is committed to establishing and maintaining a positive workplace culture, which leads to increased safety and more productivity, providing higher value to our clients and allowing every worker to perform their best work. We are proudly made up of a diverse group of individuals focused on a common purpose: to provide for our families; to build unique and exciting projects; and to help create better communities where we live. We can only achieve this purpose when we work safely and when we recognize and appreciate everyone’s viewpoints and contributions.

In this video, Raymond President/CEO Travis Winsor discusses ‘Raymond Challenge Coins’ and the message behind them: To “take 5 for safety” and practice diversity, tolerance, inclusion, and respect every day.
