Raymond’s Southern California region recently participated in the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (Habitat LA) Home Builders Blitz 2019. Home Builders Blitz is an annual weeklong event that utilizes professional homebuilder volunteers to build safe and affordable housing for families in need. This year’s objective was the completion of four homes in Bellflower.
Alongside Turner Construction and Clark Construction, Raymond provided labor and material to complete the drywall, taping, siding, house wrap, and installation of doors and frames on two of the four homes.
Habitat LA builds and revitalizes homes in partnership with hardworking, low-income families and individuals. The organization, which has completed more than 1,300 homes, aims at improving communities and creating more access to affordable housing.
