The Wilshire Grand Center was awarded ‘Southern California Best Project’. Raymond performed the framing, drywall, and insulation for Turner Construction Company.

Biola University was awarded ‘Award of Merit’ in the Higher Education/Research category. Raymond performed the metal stud framing, drywall, exterior lath & plaster, and waterproofing for C.W. Driver.

La Jolla Pharma Company TI Project was awarded ‘Award of Merit’ in the Interiors/Tenant Improvement category. Raymond performed the BIM modeling, fireproofing, framing, insulation, drywall, taping, and EIFS for Rudolph and Sletten, Inc.
