Cooley Tenant Improvement

The Cooley Tenant Improvement project was a buildout of two floors and 72,000 square feet. Raymond completed drywall and framing for Burger Construction, and displayed a high level of craftmanship with our in-house drywall milling machine. Raymond installed large quantities of milled shapes at intricate radius knife edge light coves, columns, perimeter soffits, alcoves, and 90-degree corners. Prefabricating drywall parts provided a path to great productivity and next level quality finishes.
