Gilead Campus

Gilead Campus is a new research and development project on the Gilead Sciences campus in Foster City, CA. The project includes a 190,000 sq ft, five-story R&D building featuring laboratory suites, dedicated research support spaces, standard workstations, and collaboration areas on each floor. A third-story skybridge links the new facility to an adjacent building.
Raymond performed fireproofing, interior framing and gypsum board assemblies, acoustical ceilings, linear metal ceilings, insulation, Veneer plastering, and cementitious interior wall panels.
The building was built to LEED Gold standards.
