PROJECT
STORY

In 2014, the iconic LA Forum was renovated into a first-rate music and entertainment venue. In just seven short months, Raymond’s Southern California region completed the demanding overhaul composed of framing, drywall, sheathing, fireproofing, insulation, and lath and plaster.

The Forum, which originally opened in 1967, was facing demolition before it was purchased by Madison Square Garden in 2012. The new owner opted for a renovation and was committed to preserving the site’s original character while updating it for modern-day use.

The revival of The Forum created the largest indoor concert venue in the country. The renewed 17,500-seat facility can now accommodate a wide variety of first-class events with flexible seating.
