Sam’s Club

Raymond completed the Sam’s Club Remodel in Phoenix, Arizona for Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. Raymond’s scope of work included demolition, framing, drywall, rough carpentry, EIFS repairs and resurfacing, ACT, security mesh installation, temporary barricades, Division 10 specialties, and back-of-house improvements. All work was performed during overnight hours on a highly compressed schedule, requiring the site to be fully cleaned, secured, and made safe at the end of each shift, while the store remained open and fully operational throughout construction.
