Since 1936 – We’ve built a reputation in the construction industry as a company with integrity. What began as a lath and plaster operation over 80 years ago in the city of Los Angeles, has grown into a team of over 700 professionals dedicated to quality construction across the Western United States. As a leading full service, design-assist, specialty finish and theming contractor, Raymond has completed projects in just about every industry possible. We helped build some of the first planned residential communities in the country, and have been a part of some of the most iconic buildings in major cities from Los Angeles to Connecticut and as far away as Hong Kong. Since 1936, Raymond has embraced change and today, with our corporate headquarters in Orange, California, we embrace new technologies that allow us to design, model and plan even the most complicated projects.

Jeffrey J. Shriver
Vice President & Area Manager

Jeffrey Shriver is the Vice President & Area Manager of Raymond’s Southern California office, overseeing all aspects of project management, estimating, and field operations. Jeff is one of Raymond’s longest tenured employees, beginning at Raymond in March of 1985 as a Project Manager and Estimator. He gained experience in both major and special projects and was promoted to Director of Project Management in 2003.

Chief Estimator

As Chief Estimator of Raymond-Southern California, Inc., Steve has the overall responsibility for the creation of budgets and estimates by the region’s estimating department. Steve uses his 40+ years in the construction industry and advanced knowledge of construction methods to coordinate resources and establish estimating standards and best practices.

Mike Smith
Business Development Manager

As Director of Business Development for Raymond’s Southern California region, Mike is responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, as well as introducing Raymond into new market sectors. Mike uses over 35 years of personal experience in construction management to provide knowledgeable insight to Raymond customers.

Bryan Newport
Director of Project Management

As Director of Project Management for Raymond’s Southern California region, Bryan is responsible for regulating the efficiency of work flow and production within the operations department. Bryan began his career with Raymond in 1998. He works closely with the region’s area manager to ensure organizational cohesiveness.

David Holthaus
Director of Project Management

David Holthaus supervises the project management operations in Raymond’s Southern California region. David is accountable for the health and performance of existing projects and responsible for balancing the department’s resources to meet operational demands.

Eric Westlund
General Superintendent

Eric Westlund is the General Superintendent for Raymond’s Southern California region. Eric is responsible for coordinating the work efforts of all field operations, while also providing the necessary leadership to maintain Raymond’s high value of quality and pride of workmanship in the field. Since 1992, Eric has lead Raymond in positions such as General Foreman and Project Superintendent.
