California ISO Iron Point Facility Awarded DBIA Project of the Year

The California Independent System Operator (ISO) Iron Point Facility, located in Folsom, California has been awarded the 2012 National Design-Build Award in the category of “Office Buildings” by the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA), as well as the 2012 “Best Overall” Project Award.

Projects were judged across 10 categories by a panel of owners and DBIA professionals, and must have been completed on time and on budget to be considered.

Raymond partnered with Clark Construction to perform the metal stud framing, drywall, taping, fireproofing, and Venetian plaster on the LEED Platinum facility.
