Pacific City Retail Project Awarded Golden Gate Recognition

Posted October 22, 2014

Raymond’s Southern California region has been awarded Golden Gate Partnership Recognition by the Cal/OSHA Consultation Service for implementing and maintaining an effective Injury and Illness Prevention Program at the Pacific City Retail project, located in Huntington Beach, California. Raymond is working with C.W. Driver on the project set to open in April of 2015, performing the framing, drywall, lath and plaster, fireproofing, and wood exterior finish.

Golden Gate Recognition was developed by the Division of Occupational Safety and Health to provide motivation and support to high-hazard companies that are working proactively with the Cal/OSHA Consultation Service to uphold high standards of workplace safety. This is Raymond’s second project in 2014 to be recognized with the award, the first being the UCSD Jacobs Medical Center, located in La Jolla, California.

Raymond is very proud of this achievement as it exemplifies one of Raymond’s core values, protecting the well-being of our employees.
